How long will it take to see results?
Though it may not be the answer you want, results vary person to person.
Your starting weight, activity level, and how long you are on the Measured meal plan may affect your results. For Keto meal plans, it typically takes around 2 weeks to comfortably enter the state of ketosis, or the “fat burning” state your body enters when switching over to burning ketones as fuel. Depending on how strictly one follows the plan, results can be seen as soon as the second week, with major results occurring over time.
If you don't see results right away, don't be discouraged. Remember that results require commitment and consistency!
